So, I felt I had to give you a little testimonial. First off, your product is amazing. When I got it, I had a struggle removing the old shock. It just didn't want to budge. I was using 2 pairs of channel-lock pliers with WD-40, how hard could it be? Yeah, it wasn't happening. I looked back at the email you sent to see what you said about how to get the old one out. You mentioned WD-40, a couple days to let it work in, and a pipe wrench. So I bought a pipe wrench. Two seconds later, it came right off! Thanks again!
I received the new part you sent me. It works well. I totally appreciate your help. The chair is a little bit lower than it was before. However, this gives me a reason to get a 3” foam pad.
If it will help, I’ll glad to write you a glowing testimonial
for your website!
ORP customer service is as good as it gets. Not only did they sell me the correct part but when I had a difficult time doing the repair they were able to give me more info to get it done. I would recommend them highly for any parts that you need.
Thank you ORP!
When the forced Work at Home policy began in March, I was using my old, cheap chair. About a month in, I realized that I needed a better chair, so I bought a refurbished Herman Miller Mirra chair, but it needed new arm pads.
At first I bought the ones on the website but alas I had the older version of the Mirra, so I sent an email to ORP.
They not only identified the issue, but quickly got me the right parts from Herman Miller, and facilitated the order.
Now, my chair is perfect, and I cannot recommend ORP more, great service (Most of the interaction happened over a weekend) and a great result. Thanks!
NigelORP is the only game in town when one is looking for a taller office chair without going to a drafting stool. I decided to get a new office chair after trying to remove the "really set" gas cylinder on my previous chair. Now I can sit at a comfortable height at my treadmill desk and use the under desk eliptical without banging my knees. Or having to reach up to the keyboard from too low a chair.
